Yogurt Sorbet - SUGAR


Take some dried fruit of your choice and soak it in milk for a few hours. One the dried fruit is nice and moist churn or mash it. Add about 3/4th of a cup sugar and 1 slightly beaten egg. Next add about 1/3rd of a cup of melted butter. Mix all of this together. Take about 1 ½ cups of flour, add about 1 teaspoon of baking powder
