Most other fruits are dried above 55°C- which means the enzymes are partially killed; vitamin A, B complex & C are partially lost. Wouldn’t really leave much point in consuming the fruit then – would it? That’s absolute fruit murder! Long live the fruit!
Temperatures never cross 48° C. The fruits retain their original flavour, vitamins, taste and colour through our natural drying method (what else do we want!).
